Endo Health GmbH, based in Chemnitz, Germany, is dedicated to the development and provision of an innovative Digital Health Application (DiGA) for patients with endometriosis and/or adenomyosis. The Endo-App, the company's central solution, is specifically designed to improve the lives of those affected through comprehensive and individualized self-management.

• Endo-App: This smartphone-based application is recognized as a certified DiGA by the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) and can be prescribed by doctors. The app offers a variety of features, including:

  • Endo-Plan: A daily plan that structures and supports daily life.
  • Interactive Exercises: Practical and interactive exercises for pain relief and improving well-being, including relaxation techniques and breathing exercises.
  • Learning Modules: Scientifically based modules that provide knowledge about endometriosis and promote patient education.
  • SOS Plan: An individual emergency plan for acute pain situations[1][2][4].
