The Evangelisches Krankenhaus Oldenburg (EV) is a major healthcare provider in northwestern Germany with a tradition of over 125 years. With around 1,900 employees and over 400 beds, the EV provides care for approximately 70,000 patients annually on an outpatient and inpatient basis.
The EV offers a broad spectrum of medical services in various clinics and centers, including university clinics for ear, nose and throat medicine, neurosurgery and neurology. The main focuses include emergency medicine with one of the largest central emergency rooms in Lower Saxony, trauma surgery, orthopedics and sports traumatology, gynecology and obstetrics, and internal medicine.
The EV is closely associated with the Universitätsmedizin Oldenburg and the European Medical School Oldenburg-Groningen as an academic teaching hospital and is involved in research and teaching. It offers a variety of training and career opportunities in various areas of healthcare.
