FLOrA Familienhilfe GbR is a small, dedicated independent provider of child and youth services, specializing in strengthening children, adolescents, parents and entire family systems in stressful situations.[1][5][3] Regardless of whether challenges are caused by external or internal factors, the GbR offers a wide range of support services in accordance with § 27 ff. SGB VIII to prevent exclusion, prejudice and stigmatization and to promote participation in social processes.[1][5]
Since January 2019, the offer includes the following central youth welfare services:
These services are aimed at different cultural backgrounds and individual needs, with a focus on activating potentials and resources to strengthen personal responsibility.[1] All participants are involved in the assistance process to ensure high levels of goal achievement.[1]
The main mission of FLOrA Familienhilfe revolves around recognizing the uniqueness of each person – with all their strengths, weaknesses and challenges.[1] The team sees its work as a dynamic task that adapts to social changes in order to positively influence life opportunities.[1] Core values are inclusion, respect for diversity and the avoidance of stigmatization. The GbR emphasizes that problems are diverse and solutions must be individually tailored.[1]
FLOrA is proactively involved in socio-political initiatives, expert committees and associations to build networks with social institutions and groups.[1] This strengthens the effectiveness of the assistance and contributes to long-term social changes. Sustainability goals manifest themselves in the promotion of participation and personal responsibility, which serve as resource-saving, long-lasting approaches – without explicit ecological initiatives, but with a strong focus on social sustainability through prevention and inclusion.[1][3] As a small team led by shareholders such as F. Stöckmann and Y. Zimmermann, the GbR remains flexible and close to the people.[4][7]
With heart and expertise, FLOrA Familienhilfe GbR supports those affected in developing their strengths and daring to try new things – for a self-determined life in society.[1][6] (approx. 2480 characters)
