The Franz Schindlbeck GmbH is a family-run, medium-sized company with 18 employees that acts as a reliable partner in specialist civil engineering, construction waste recycling, earthmoving, demolition, dewatering, shoring work and the production of ductile cast driven piles. Based in the Erding and Munich region, the company operates its own recycling plant and gravel pit in Moosinning, where modern technologies are used to efficiently convert construction waste into high-quality secondary building materials.[2][1][3]
The heart of the company is construction waste recycling under the motto "Today construction waste - tomorrow building material". With jaw crushers and screening plants, demolition waste is carefully sorted and processed - stationary in the plant or mobile directly on the construction site. High-quality, reusable materials such as RC-Mix Sand (0-16 mm), RC-Mix Gravel (16-32 mm and 32-X mm) and RC-Concrete Sand (0-16 mm) are produced, which meet all official requirements, the Waste Disposal Act and are asbestos-free.[1][2] A wide range of materials is now accepted, including crusher-compatible concrete (max. 500 x 500 mm, with or without reinforcement), mixed rubble (bricks, Yton, concrete) with up to 10% debris and cleaned slatted floors - always on request and under strict quality control.[1]
In addition to recycling, Schindlbeck GmbH excels in specialist civil engineering. Here, the company relies on a high-quality fleet of vehicles and special equipment: Dewatering secures construction pits in water-rich areas, shoring work such as sheet pile walls (also called sheet piles) provide temporary protection against pressing groundwater and enable safe construction projects without embankments. These connected walls are often pulled again after construction.[9][6] The ductile cast driven piles are particularly innovative: Environmentally friendly, made from 100% recycled metal, they require no drill cuttings disposal, are suitable for confined heights and offer stable load-bearing capacity compared to classic bored piles.[8] The services are supplemented by earthmoving and demolition, which are carried out flexibly and precisely.[2]
The main mission of Franz Schindlbeck GmbH is: "The clean solution - reliable, competent and environmentally friendly". As a certified member of Baustoff Recycling Bayern e.V., the company relies on state-of-the-art processing methods to conserve resources and protect the environment. Careful sorting is already promoted on the construction site in order to optimally separate waste and generate reusable secondary building materials. This minimizes landfill waste, reduces CO₂ emissions and contributes to the circular economy - a clear contribution to sustainability in the construction industry.[2][1] The experienced employees, led by Franz Schindlbeck sen. and jun., guarantee quality work with specialist knowledge that convinces customers in the Erding, Munich and beyond.[3]
With many years of expertise and a focus on environmental protection, Franz Schindlbeck GmbH is positioning itself as an innovative partner for sustainable construction projects. Whether recycling, civil engineering or special processes - construction waste is not disposed of here, but reused.[2]
