Frau und Beruf e.V. in Berlin is a renowned counseling center that has specialized in supporting women in professional transition situations since 1985. Our goal is to assist women in their career orientation, further development, and reintegration into the labor market.

• Individual Consultations: We offer resource-oriented, confidential, and individual consultations for women who are seeking to reorient their careers, plan further education or training, or look for a first or re-entry into the workforce.
• Group, Course, and Training Programs: Our differentiated program includes groups and courses tailored to various phases of life and career planning. Here, you will find offerings for professional and personal development, time and energy management, as well as for creating applications and preparing for job interviews.
• Network and Collaborations: We are part of the counseling network "Career Perspectives for Women" and work closely with other institutions and the Senate Department for Health, Care, and Equality to ensure comprehensive support.

We place great value on resource-oriented and confidential counseling that is tailored to the individual needs and strengths of women. Our consultations are free and open to all women, regardless of their background or current professional situation.
