Die Freitaler Wohnungsgenossenschaft eG (gewo) is a traditional housing company that has been active in Freital and the surrounding area since 1954. As a cooperative, the focus is on the long-term and secure housing supply for its members.
Die gewo offers a wide range of rental apartments in Freital, Bannewitz, Rabenau, Wilsdruff and Dresden. The offer ranges from single apartments for students to spacious family apartments. Particular attention is paid to the creation of modern living space at affordable prices. The average basic rent in 2024 was EUR 5.11 per square meter.
