The Frühförderzentrum Geilenkirchen GmbH is an interdisciplinary institution dedicated to supporting and promoting children and their families. The team consists of pediatricians, special education teachers, psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists and physical therapists who work together to support children with developmental disorders, delays or (impending) disabilities from birth to school entry.
The aim of early intervention is to stimulate age-appropriate development at all levels and to promote the participation of children in their social environment. A holistic approach is pursued that takes into account the individual abilities and development opportunities of each child. Close cooperation with the caregivers is of central importance in order to develop an optimal support concept that is tailored to the specific needs of the child.
The early intervention center offers a wide range of services, including interdisciplinary early intervention as a complex service according to SGB IX, special education support, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and psychological support. Specific support and treatment plans are drawn up, psychomotor support is offered and therapies for voice, speech and language disorders are carried out. Perception promotion, sensory integration therapy, concentration and attention training as well as advice and support for the family are also important components of the offer.
The support can take place both in the early intervention center itself and in the kindergarten or in the family context at home in order to ensure the best possible support for the child. The team works in an interdisciplinary and cross-professional manner to jointly achieve the goals of each child.
The Frühförderzentrum Geilenkirchen GmbH attaches great importance to a pleasant practice climate and offers its employees an exciting field of work with a lot of freedom in therapy design and openness to new ideas.
