GBE mbH Pforzheim

GBE Pforzheim, Gesellschaft für Beschäftigung und berufliche Eingliederung mbH, is a non-profit GmbH and a wholly-owned subsidiary of the city of Pforzheim. Since its founding in 1989, GBE has supported disadvantaged young people and adults in the areas of employment, qualification and placement.

• Competence assessment: GBE identifies and develops individual skills to facilitate access to the labor market.
• Qualification: Through targeted training measures, GBE prepares people for modern professional requirements.
• Social work and case management: Personalized support helps to overcome individual barriers and ensure sustainable integration into the labor market.
• Placement: GBE places people in the primary labor market, with a focus on long-term employment.

GBE's mission is to provide the best possible support to people who have difficulty participating in the labor market due to individual circumstances. It emphasizes the importance of an inclusive and non-discriminatory working environment and has signed the Diversity Charter. The diversity of individual biographies and cultural backgrounds is seen as an enrichment for the work.

• Social Integration: GBE is actively involved in the integration of refugees and migrants and is working on gradual labor market integration.
• Implementation of social policy programs: In cooperation with state agencies and funding programs, GBE implements measures to support disadvantaged groups. This includes projects for clients of the Jobcenter Pforzheim as well as programs funded by the European Union and federal and state ministries.

GBE has built close relationships with the training and labor market in the region and acts as a reliable partner for companies and public institutions.
