The Gebäudemanagement Neuss Service GmbH (GMNS) is a subsidiary of Neusser Bau und Immobilien GmbH, which is 100 percent owned by the city of Neuss. Emerging from the Gebäudemanagement Neuss, an institution that has existed since 2006, GMNS is responsible for the construction and management of all publicly used buildings in the city.
As an owner representative, GMNS manages around 230 properties with a net floor area of approximately 340,000 square meters. The portfolio includes a variety of facilities, including 45 school locations with 164 building sections, administrative buildings, fire stations, daycare centers, cultural, youth, sports and social facilities.
