The
The GFFB gGmbH is a non-profit educational institution and labor market service provider based in Frankfurt am Main, which has been supporting people in their professional development since 1994 - with a particular focus on the unemployed, employed and immigrants. Originally founded as "Gemeinnützige Frankfurter Frauen-Beschäftigungsgesellschaft", the GFFB is now dedicated to promoting equal opportunities and social participation for all population groups.
The company individually supports people in their career and professional planning, always considering the entire social and family context. In addition, the GFFB advises and supports organizations and social institutions in their further development, personnel development and process optimization. The aim is to promote sustainable and social urban societies in which, above all, people who are threatened by exclusion are enabled to participate actively.
The philosophy of the GFFB is based on the pillars of Sustainability, Equal Opportunities, Networking and Professionalism. As a learning organization, the GFFB attaches great importance to open communication, diversity and continuous development. It understands sustainability not only as the responsible use of resources and the environment, but also as a balanced reconciliation of work and family life for employees. The GFFB maintains flat hierarchies and promotes an inclusive working environment, which is also reflected in the repeated award of the Total-E-Quality label - a seal of quality for equal opportunities-oriented personnel policy.
With over 90 dedicated employees, the GFFB is active in a variety of projects nationwide, including specific offers for the integration of people with a refugee background and the promotion of the proportion of women in management positions. It follows the motto "Think glocal": Global challenges are always assessed with regard to their local relevance and translated into tailor-made programs.
Through the combination of individual support, organization-related advice and social commitment, the GFFB makes a significant contribution to strengthening a socially just and sustainable working environment and makes an important contribution to the further development of the regional labor market and education scene in Germany.
