The main mission of the GWW is to enable people with disabilities to participate in social life. This is achieved by providing jobs and housing, as well as the necessary assistance and support services. The GWW is committed to Vielfalt und Inklusion. Since 2010, the company has been promoting cultural diversity and offering training in cultural sensitivity.
