The range of services includes assisted living according to §34 SGB VIII, intensive socio-educational individual support according to §35 SGB VIII and integration assistance for unaccompanied minor foreigners (UMA). In the area of assisted living, the focus is on preparing for an independent life and social integration through targeted support in various areas of life. The residential groups are deliberately kept small to ensure sustainable integration. The intensive individual support is aimed at adolescents and young adults from the age of 14 who require individual support due to special social challenges or individual impairments, for example due to neglect, abuse, family conflicts, addiction or refugee experiences.
H&W Erziehungshilfen GmbH has set itself the goal of helping young people in difficult situations to build a stable and self-determined life. This includes independence in the area of housekeeping and everyday organization, preparation for a successful school and professional career, independence in finances and dealing with authorities, as well as social integration and the ability to form relationships.
The company attaches importance to individual and needs-based support that is tailored to the specific needs and wishes of the individual young people. The experienced specialists at H&W accompany the young people not only on their school and professional path, but also offer assistance in the areas of finances, housekeeping and everyday organization. The aim is to sustainably promote the independence of young people and improve their quality of life in the long term.
H&W Erziehungshilfen GmbH works closely with young people, families and authorities to find suitable solutions and create a secure living environment. The intensive individual support aims to ensure the physical and psychological integrity of the young people, to enable participation, to educate about non-violence and to achieve emotional and social stability.
