Founded by Franziska Hoffmann, a former community nurse, the company is now managed by her son Sven Hoffmann.

The nursing service takes time for its patients, their personality, fears and worries, in order to guarantee the best possible, individual care. The team consists of long-term, certified and experienced nurses and auxiliary staff who are always up to date with the latest developments in care and support through regular training courses.
The Häusliche Senioren- und Krankenpflegedienst Hoffmann offers a wide range of services to meet the different needs of patients. These include:

- Kranken- und Behandlungspflege (SGB V)
