Kultur | lx – Arts Council Luxembourg, founded in July 2020 on the initiative of the Luxembourg Ministry of Culture, is a public institution for the promotion and development of the Luxembourg cultural scene. The organization sees itself as a service provider for the cultural and creative sector and is the result of a comprehensive consultation with this sector.
