The Association of Bination Families and Partnerships (iaf e.V.) has been an advocacy group for over 40 years, engaging nationwide at the intersections of family, migration, and education policy. With a focus on supporting and advocating for the rights of couples and families of different nationalities as well as immigrant families, the association works to improve the living conditions of these groups and promote their participation in society.

• Migration Counseling: The association offers needs-oriented individual counseling and social pedagogical support for adult immigrants, conducted in various languages (English, Spanish, Italian, French, Arabic, and German)[5].
• Anti-Racism and Diversity-Oriented Awareness: Through various projects and events, the association advocates for the awareness and competence development of majority society actors and institutions to promote anti-racism and discrimination-critical consciousness[5].

The association views diversity and heterogeneity in society as fundamental and advocates for a society in which every person can participate equally and self-determined.
