The core of the work is clear: Help for self-help. The company relies on a common set of values that emphasizes decentralization, flexibility and trust in local expertise. All formulations deliberately include all genders and identities (m/f/d). As a member of the Paritätische Wohlfahrtsverband, imBlick is committed to sustainable, needs-based assistance.[1][5][6][7]
