The Impact Factory is Germany's largest incubator and accelerator for Impact Startups. As a unique start-up grant, it offers social entrepreneurs from all over Germany a collaborative space in which scalable innovations are created to solve complex social and ecological challenges. The Impact Factory is a joint initiative of the founding partners Beisheim Stiftung, Franz Haniel & Cie. GmbH, KfW Stiftung and Anthropia gGmbH with the support of the program partner Der Paritätische NRW.

The Impact Factory has set itself the goal of promoting social and green startups that make a positive contribution to society and the environment. It focuses on a high standard of qualification, individual support and sustainable partnerships. The programs are free of charge for startups and without equity.

The Impact Factory is based on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations. It supports startups that are active in areas such as quality education, gender equality, clean energy, sustainable cities and communities, responsible consumption and production, and climate protection.
The Impact Factory connects startups with impact investors, funding partners, universities and innovation labs, offering a comprehensive ecosystem for sustainable growth.
