The InA gGmbH – Integration in Arbeit has been a key player in the labor market in the Odenwaldkreis since 2006. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Odenwaldkreis based in Erbach, it operates as a non-profit organization that brings job seekers and companies together in a perfect fit – regionally and nationally.[1][2][3]
The primary task of the InA gGmbH is the sustainable integration of unemployed people and people at risk of unemployment from the legal area of the SGB II into the labor market. On behalf of the Kommunales Job-Center Odenwaldkreis, it takes on integration measures, accompanies participants on individual paths back into their working lives and promotes their skills.[1][2] For employers, it serves as a in personnel recruitment: it offers advice, placement and support in filling vacancies in all industries.[1][7]
As an honest and efficient intermediary, the InA gGmbH pools skills, networks and trust. It forges close links with measure sponsors, chambers, guilds, educational institutions and political bodies – always with a focus on market-driven, targeted solutions. The non-profit status enables tailor-made offers that go beyond commercial competitors, as profit maximization is not the priority.[2]
With around 23 employees, the team relies on diversity and regionality to optimally support customers – from SGB-II benefit recipients to national companies.[4]
The InA gGmbH successfully masters complex situations: it integrated refugees from 2015 and 2022 (including via "Jobturbo", presented by Bundeskanzler Olaf Scholz in 2024), adapted to the Corona pandemic and is developing measures for Migrant:innen and digital skills.[3] A mobile advice center is currently being created in a converted truck – an innovative cooperation project with the Job-Center.[3]
Sustainability goals are reflected in long-term labor market integration: The organization promotes stable prospects, environmental and social awareness (kununu rating: 3.1) and equality (3.1). It strengthens the region by retaining workers and boosting the local economic cycle – always with a focus on inclusion and resilience.[2][3][6]
In summary, the InA gGmbH positions itself as a strong, innovative partner that goes beyond mere placement. It creates prospects, networks efficiently and makes a significant contribution to prosperity in the Odenwaldkreis. Through continuous development, it remains fit for future challenges in the labor market.[1][2][3]
