Inklupreneur Deutschland promotes inclusion in the workplace by supporting companies in developing inclusive strategies. With coaching, training, and an inclusive talent pool, Inklupreneur creates jobs for people with disabilities and strengthens a diverse corporate culture.
Inklupreneur is an innovative project of the non-profit Hilfswerft gGmbH, dedicated to promoting inclusion in the workplace. The project aims to motivate and empower entrepreneurs to develop and implement inclusion concepts in their companies to create more jobs for people with disabilities.
The main mission of Inklupreneur is to create an inclusive workplace where people with disabilities are naturally integrated. The project stands for the values of participation, equality, and diversity. Inklupreneur aims to create not safe spaces, but open spaces where all people can develop their skills and talents.
Inklupreneur has set the ambitious goal of creating 60-120 jobs for people with disabilities in Berlin by December 2024. The project is funded by the Berlin State Office for Health and Social Affairs and the European Social Fund[3][4].
Over 100 companies have already signed the Inklupreneur Pledge and committed to creating more than 550 positions for people with disabilities. About 120 of these positions have already been created, and one third of them have been filled[3].
Inklupreneur continuously works to eliminate barriers and inhibitions and to promote an open, inclusive work culture. Through close collaboration with companies and the active involvement of people with disabilities, Inklupreneur is becoming an important driver for a more inclusive workplace in Germany.
