InReha GmbH has been specializing in outpatient Case Management, Rehabilitation Management, Integration Support and Case Management for people after accidental injuries or illnesses since 2001. The company offers nationwide support directly at the affected person's place of residence, coordinates all relevant steps and advises both at home and at the workplace.[1][2]
InReha supports those affected in creating new life perspectives through tailor-made concepts. Rehabilitation Management after traffic or private accidents includes the holistic coordination of measures, while Integration Support promotes re-entry into working life. In Case Management for insured persons of the Deutsche Rentenversicherung (DRV Nord, Westfalen, Bund und KBS), seamless aftercare takes place after inpatient rehabilitation in medical or psychosomatic clinics. The support often starts while still in the clinic and continues on an outpatient basis - including home visits - to facilitate the transition into everyday life. The goal is to define goals together, overcome hurdles and find solutions with an extensive network.[1][4][7]
The services are DGCC-certified and are aimed at private and statutory insurance companies, clinics and directly at those affected. InReha acts as a reliable pilot, working in close coordination with all parties involved.[1][4]
The main mission of InReha is: to support people nationwide - from Hamburg to all regions - where they need help. With experienced rehabilitation managers and integration support staff, the team stands for practical, individual advice. Core values are professionalism, empathy and sustainability in the support: everyone is seen as an individual, and the focus is on long-term quality of life improvement. InReha positions itself as a flexible partner for complex cases, maintaining close cooperation with clinics and insurance companies.[1][3][4]
InReha focuses on sustainability through continuous quality improvement and specialist staff development. The InReha Akademie offers quarterly seminars, workshops, conferences, basic and intensive seminars as well as webinars on current topics such as neuro-competence - such as strategies for health promotion in acquired brain damage. These practical formats with experienced speakers serve the further education of Case Managers and promote industry-wide knowledge exchange, including regular case conferences.[2]
In addition, InReha publishes understandable specialist articles and guides on rehabilitation management and case management in the Blog, which inform those affected and specialists. The company is looking for committed Case Managers nationwide to expand the network and strengthen expertise.[8][9]
Based in Hamburg, InReha operates nationwide and covers regions such as Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Schleswig-Holstein and Westfalen. The voluntary offers are based on clinic prescriptions and contribute to efficient rehabilitation by accelerating the return to everyday life and work. InReha has established itself as an established player, creating trust through certification and many years of experience.[1][4][7]
InReha embodies the claim of modern rehabilitation services: outpatient, regionally close and future-oriented. Whether after an accident, illness or rehabilitation - perspectives are created here.[1]
