iRights.Lab

The iRights.Lab is an independent think tank based in Berlin, consisting of a diverse team of 53 employees from various fields. Our mission is to develop strategies and practical solutions to shape the changes in the digital world beneficially and to promote a responsible digital society.

• Civic Engagement and Digital Education: We are involved in projects that promote civic engagement and provide simple everyday knowledge on topics of digital consumer protection, such as the "Berlin Newcomers Academy"[5].
• Digital Privacy and Security: We work on solutions to address data collection, cybercrime, and other digital challenges, providing people with opportunities for self-protection[4].

Our main mission is to ensure responsible behavior on the internet and to shape society fairly. We advocate for socially compatible and fair conditions in the production and provision of products and services. Our focus is on conveying information to educate people about current situations and to show them options for action[1].

• Conscious Economy: We strive to produce practical products and services under socially compatible and fair conditions and to provide them with social added value.
• Fair Society: We address the challenges in the network and work for a fair and responsible digital society.
• Conveying Knowledge: Our task is to make information accessible to the general public and to educate people about current situations and options for action[1].

• Flexible Working Conditions: We offer flexible home office arrangements and working hours, depending on function and activity.
