A special focus is on Bildungstransformation, to give children and young people the opportunity to realize their own visions. ISI supports elementary schools, municipalities, associations, foundations and clubs to initiate changes in the education system.
In the area of Kultur, ISI offers process support for change processes, for example the support of cultural institutions and networks or the creative planning and conception of cultural events. The aim is to further develop culture, question it and make it accessible to the entire population structure.
ISI understands Leadership as a continuous development process and supports organizations in creating cooperative, networked and participatory structures.
The ISI Campus combines a diverse qualification program that teaches methods and ideas for shaping innovations. The qualifications are based on many years of experience and the knowledge from the various processes that ISI accompanies.
The interdisciplinary team at ISI has a wide range of industry experience and is led by the managing partners Nadine Haßlöwer and Meike Hornbostel.
