With a practice-oriented program and 1:1 support, JOBLINGE promotes the professional and social development of young people and actively contributes to combating youth unemployment.
JOBLINGE is a non-profit organization that has been dedicated to the integration of disadvantaged young people aged 15 to 27 into the labor market since 2008. Founded by the Boston Consulting Group and the Eberhard von Kuenheim Foundation of BMW AG (now BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt), JOBLINGE operates at over 30 locations across Germany.
The main mission of JOBLINGE is to combat youth unemployment and enable disadvantaged young people to achieve sustainable integration into the labor market and society. The organization relies on a combination of professional and social support to prepare participants for vocational dual training or employment in the primary labor market. Values such as practical experience from day one, one-on-one support from volunteer mentors and staff, as well as the combined societal commitment of business, government, and civil society form the pillars of JOBLINGE's work[1][2][4].
