The Karl Schaude Stiftung, founded in 1983, is a non-profit foundation under civil law dedicated to personal and family care in a unique location. Under its umbrella, it unites the Haus am Wunnenstein in Großbottwar-Winzerhausen and the Seniorenlandhaus Abstatt.
The Seniorenlandhaus Abstatt offers 38 residents loving care in a family atmosphere and first-class ambiance. The focus here is on the care of elderly, care-dependent seniors.
The Haus am Wunnenstein offers 101 people with chronic mental illnesses a loving home and professional care. Since March 2023, the house has also had 13 solitary short-term care places to allow caregivers a well-deserved break.
The foundation attaches great importance to quality and a dignified life for its residents. This is reflected in the individual care and support concepts of the facilities, which are tailored to the specific needs of the residents. Regular events and activities help to enrich the social life of the residents and give them a sense of community.
The Karl Schaude Stiftung takes the protection of whistleblowers very seriously. In accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG), the foundation has established an internal reporting office to protect individuals who, in the course of their professional activities, have become aware of legal violations and wish to report them confidentially.
The foundation is always looking for dedicated employees who share its values and want to work for the well-being of the residents. It offers a variety of career opportunities in care and support, as well as the opportunity to volunteer.
