    The Kinderheim Kleine Strolche, founded in 2008 by Anja and Bernhard Schubert, is a unique institution specializing in the care of severely traumatized and medically challenged children. Today, it offers around 70 places for infants, babies, and sibling groups who can find a safe home here.

Through the founding of the Kinderheim Kleine Strolche e.V. association in 2018 and the construction of a therapeutic center on the Rittergut Ovelgönne in Bücken, further resources were created to constantly increase the quality of care.
