The Kleinsorge GmbH is an outpatient nursing service based in the heart of Frankfurt, which has been operating as a contractual partner of all health and nursing care insurance companies as well as the city of Frankfurt since its foundation in 2003. The service area includes the city center of Frankfurt and its adjacent districts.
The focus of the work is on people in need of help and care, who are treated with respect and sensitivity. The Kleinsorge GmbH attaches great importance to building a trusting relationship with its customers and their relatives in order to guarantee individual and needs-based care. The cultural, financial and religious background of the customers is taken into account.
The range of services includes domestic care according to SGB XI, including complete basic care for care levels 1-5, advice on dementia, general care, accompaniment, hourly care, domestic help, advisory visits, short-term and respite care as well as the provision of care aids.
In addition, the Kleinsorge GmbH offers treatment care according to SGB V (medical services), such as injections, diabetes care, compression stockings, infusions, dressing changes, eye treatments, decubitus treatment, medication administration, vital function control, PEG and tube feeding as well as catheter and stoma care.
In addition to the general services, additional services are offered that are individually tailored to the needs of the customers and their relatives. These include cooperation with pharmacies, emergency call services, meal services, cleaning services, laundry services, medical foot care, hairdressers as well as the procurement of therapeutic and assistive devices, visits to authorities, support with the preparation of meals, shopping and errands, accompaniment to the doctor and holiday accompaniment.
The Kleinsorge GmbH attaches great importance to quality and has established an internal quality management system to constantly monitor and improve the work. Regular team meetings, oral handovers when staff change, a quality circle led by the quality management officer and the participation of employees contribute to continuous development. Customers and relatives are informed and trained through discussion groups for caring relatives, advisory visits and public events.
The scheduling takes place taking into account the individual wishes of the customers, whereby continuity in the care is ensured by small care teams. Regular care visits and customer surveys serve to ensure satisfaction and improve services. A complaint management system ensures that problems are taken seriously and dealt with. Transparency is strived for in all areas, so customers automatically receive a copy of the health insurance bill on request.
