The ASB Küstenkinder gGmbH is a non-profit aid organization of the Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund (ASB), which operates in the districts of Rostock and Vorpommern-Rügen. As a party-independent and non-denominational welfare association, it has relied on humanitarian and democratic principles since its foundation in the context of the ASB, which was founded in 1888. With the motto "Helping here and now", it provides social work efficiently, sustainably and innovatively - especially in child and youth work.[1][2][3]
The central Mission of ASB Küstenkinder consists in the promotion of education, upbringing, youth welfare and assistance for the disabled. It supports girls and boys in their , promotes individual development and . Through a variety of , the organization optimally prepares children for life. Values such as responsibility, motivation and trust shape everyday life: Over 500 full-time employees, numerous volunteers and volunteers in the Freiwilliges Soziales Jahr work closely together. The satisfaction of children, parents, seniors and residents is the focus. More than 3,000 members and sponsors support this work.[1]

In company health management (BGM), the company is committed to employees - with ergonomic workplaces, health courses, regular deliveries of fruit and vegetables and measures for physical and mental well-being.
