Die Lebenshilfe Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen sees itself as an advocate and companion for people with disabilities and their families. The aim is to enable them to live as self-determined and inclusive a life as possible in society. The associated association, the Lebenshilfe für Menschen mit Behinderungen - Kreisvereinigung Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen e.V., is committed to the rights of these people in accordance with its statutes and promotes measures that support their optimal development and inclusion.
The organization employs around 230 people in various facilities in the district. It is part of a network of educational, training, work and care facilities that are organized in two gGmbHs (Lebenshilfe gGmbH and Oberland Werkstätten gGmbH).
Die Lebenshilfe Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen is always striving to further develop its services and adapt them to the needs of people with disabilities. It works closely with other organizations and institutions to ensure comprehensive and needs-based care.
