The leetHub St. Pauli e.V. is an innovative and committed association that positions itself as a central interface and bridge between various actors and organizations in Hamburg. Our goal is to support people with and without refugee experience in realizing their goals and ideas, thereby making a positive contribution to social participation and the diverse Hamburg city society.

We believe that every person has untapped potential and that networking this potential can lead to new synergies and perspectives. Our vision is to make this potential visible and connect it, thus promoting an inclusive and self-determined society. Our focus is on promoting self-employment, self-efficacy, and social participation.

• MoveON Start-Up Course: In cooperation with The Human Safety Net, we offer a mentoring program that supports people with refugee and migration backgrounds on their path to self-employment. The course includes the development of business ideas, business plans, and provides individual support on various aspects of starting a business[4].
• Meeting Formats: Regular and one-time events such as country evenings, excursions, and film nights create spaces for encounters and networking between people from different cultures[4].
• Idea Workshop and Opencafé: Here, founders can develop and share their ideas, while the Opencafé serves as an open meeting point for networking and exchange[4].

• Support from The Human Safety Net and Deutsche Postcode Lottery: Our programs are supported by renowned organizations, enabling us to continue and expand our work at a high level[4].
• Generations Program: We offer programs that include people of all ages to promote intergenerational synergies and utilize the potential of older individuals[4].
• Diversity and Inclusion: Our new board reflects our values of diversity and inclusion, being led by a colorful and diverse group of personalities[4].
