The Landesrektorenkonferenz Nordrhein-Westfalen (LRK-NRW) is a non-profit association that has been bundling and representing the interests of the universities of North Rhine-Westphalia since 2010. Through its commitment, the LRK-NRW makes a significant contribution to improving the framework conditions for research and teaching in North Rhine-Westphalia and to positioning universities as central actors in social discourse. At the same time, it assumes a mediating role towards the public and raises awareness of the importance of science and education[1][5].
