The Ludwigshafener Stiftung für Jugendhilfe is an established, non-profit foundation that has been a reliable partner in the social sector since 1977. As a member of the Paritätische Wohlfahrtsverbands, it offers comprehensive outpatient and inpatient youth welfare services, including help with education, integration assistance for children and adolescents with mental disabilities, and support for young adults in accordance with SGB VIII.[3][8][9]
The foundation focuses on needs-based assistance in a variety of settings:
These services are ensured by a qualified management team with many years of experience and regular exchange, which holds weekly meetings and acts as a team player.[7]
The focus is on helping people to help themselves: The foundation provides impetus to strengthen young people and make them independent in the long term. As a medium-sized Non-Profit-Unternehmen in the social sector, it pursues continuous quality development, as demonstrated by its quality management according to Paritätische Standards.[5][8][9] Core values are reliability, cooperation and local commitment - firmly rooted in the Rheinland-Pfalz area.[1][8]
Since March 2017, the organization has structurally reorganized itself (formerly Ludwigshafener Verein für Jugendhilfe e.V.) and cooperates closely with youth welfare offices, schools, daycare centers and the judiciary.[8]
The foundation realizes cooperation projects with business enterprises, promotes Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and integrates voluntary work. Donations and manpower finance innovative initiatives, such as the "Climbing" project, which is implemented together with families.[3][6] Such activities bring people together and strengthen local cooperation.[8]
Although explicit sustainability goals are not described in detail, the commitment to long-term self-help and quality management reflects a sustainable orientation: Continuous management of the organization from a quality perspective and membership in the Paritätische Qualitätsgemeinschaft Behinderten- und Jugendhilfe ensure high standards.[2][5] The foundation is registered in the Stiftungsverzeichnis Rheinland-Pfalz and is supervised by the Landesjugendamt.[1]
With over 45 years of experience, the Ludwigshafener Stiftung für Jugendhilfe is an integral part of the regional aid landscape - committed, professional and future-oriented. It supports hundreds of young people every year on their way to a self-determined life.[8][9]
