The Lütfiye Weissenberg GmbH is a traditional outpatient care service that has been in existence since 1997. The company's goal is to enable people to enjoy the highest possible quality of life in their familiar surroundings well into old age.

The range of services includes basic care (personal hygiene, nutrition, mobilization, domestic care), medical treatment care (e.g. diabetes monitoring, injections, wound care, postoperative aftercare, medication monitoring, infusion therapy) as well as care-supplementing services such as instruction and training of family caregivers and advisory visits. The Lütfiye Weissenberg GmbH also arranges medical foot care, physiotherapy, a mobile dental laboratory, meals on wheels, hairdresser visits and care to relieve family caregivers and self-help groups.
The team consists exclusively of state-certified nurses (nurses and geriatric nurses) who take care of the concerns of the clients and offer professional assistance in everyday life. Trust is a central value, which is why the company strictly works according to the principle of primary nursing.
The Lütfiye Weissenberg GmbH is a contractual partner of all health insurance companies and social welfare providers and also offers private billing. The company is familiar with the current assessment procedures for determining the care levels and advises its customers comprehensively on this topic. The aim is to enable a life in familiar surroundings and to provide the individual assistance that allows people to spend their twilight years in health and harmony. This is achieved in close cooperation with relatives, friends, neighbors, doctors and other social institutions.
