The LWL-Klinik Warstein is a central component of the Landschaftsverband Westfalen-Lippe (LWL) and offers comprehensive psychiatric care for the Soest district and the neighboring communities. The clinic is part of the LWL-PsychiatrieVerbund Westfalen, which treats and cares for over 240,000 people in more than 130 facilities.

Currently, the LWL-Klinik Warstein is investing in a new building and the renovation of listed buildings to create a modern and efficient infrastructure. This project, with a volume of 51.5 million euros, aims to secure the care in the long term and optimize the operational management. The move into the new building is planned for 2027.
The clinic works in association with other LWL clinics to ensure comprehensive and local care. Through close cooperation with other facilities of the LWL-PsychiatrieVerbund Westfalen, a broad diagnostic and therapeutic offer is ensured.
