The Mühlstraße 14 e.V. is a sociocultural neighborhood center in the heart of Leipzig-Reudnitz/Thonberg. For over 30 years, the association has been committed to the social and cultural development of the neighborhood and offers a diverse range of activities and services for people of all generations.

• Open Meetings: The association operates various open meetings, including a youth meeting, family meeting, 50+-meeting, and senior meeting, which serve as central points for social interaction and community.
• Courses and Workshops: Numerous courses and workshops are offered, such as creative courses, dance, photography, ceramics workshops, and silver jewelry workshop, which combine cultural-artistic and social-pedagogical aspects.
• Family and Children's Offers: Open parent-child meetings, crawling groups, parent-child playgroups, movement games, and family afternoons are just a few examples of the extensive offerings for families and children.
• Cultural Events: Regularly, concerts, theater performances, readings, parties, and exhibitions take place that promote the cultural diversity of the neighborhood.
• Space Rental: The association offers spaces for parties and celebrations and employs interns.

The main mission of Mühlstraße 14 e.V. is to promote social and cultural activities that counteract social withdrawal and the avoidance of public communication. The association advocates for the integration and participation of all population groups and promotes intergenerational and cross-gender projects. The values of the association are based on openness, inclusion, social responsibility, and cultural diversity.

• Inclusive Projects: The association develops innovative projects annually that include people of all generations and backgrounds. Examples include the fairy tale festival, the participatively created collage calendar 2025, and the project "Tell me, Leipzig Leipzig, listen," which has been awarded for its exemplary work.
