The My Way® Privatklinik für Psychiatrie offers holistic, individual and empathetic inpatient treatment for a broad spectrum of mental and psychosomatic illnesses. The focus is on the patient with their personal history, their needs and their life situation. The goal is to show each patient an individual way out of the illness, away from standardized treatment methods.
The clinic treats almost all psychiatric illnesses, including anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, bipolar disorders, burnout, depression, personality disorders, psychoses, secondary addictions, somatoform disorders and trauma-related disorders (PTSD).
The therapy concept is based on intensive individual therapy, supplemented by disorder-specific therapy modules such as mindfulness training, emotional regulation, cognitive training, schema therapy, pain management, self-management, stress tolerance and interpersonal skills. The clinic exclusively uses scientifically based procedures with a high degree of evidence and recommendation.
