The school support workers at myschoolcare go through a comprehensive training program that includes communication, recognizing emergency situations, FIRST AID measures and safety aspects. Many locations also offer external training on topics such as Autism and ADHD. When selecting school support workers, attention is paid to reliability, empathy and competence. Before their first assignment, all employees must submit an extended police clearance certificate.

The costs for school or individual support are secured income-independently through integration assistance. myschoolcare supports parents with the application and financing.
