Netzwerk Chancen

Netzwerk Chancen is a non-profit organization active in Germany since 2016, dedicated to promoting equal opportunities for children and young people from financially disadvantaged and non-academic backgrounds. Founded by Natalya Nepomnyashcha, who herself comes from a socially disadvantaged background, the network aims to support young talents in their professional development while promoting diversity in companies.

• Support Program "Netzwerk Chancen. Aufsteiger": The program offers over 2,100 young professionals who have grown up in socio-economically disadvantaged conditions free services such as workshops, coaching, mentoring, and job opportunities with partner companies[1][3][4].
• Consulting Services: Netzwerk Chancen advises companies in the areas of social diversity, recruiting, employer branding, and personnel development. This includes the development of diversity strategies, the establishment of internal networks for social climbers, and the optimization of the recruiting process to promote social diversity[5].
• Netzwerk Chancen. Dialog: This initiative brings together civil society organizations, politicians, officials, parents, scientists, and students to develop sustainable solutions for equal educational and advancement opportunities[3][4].

The main mission of Netzwerk Chancen is to provide social climbers with the support they need to pursue their professional paths while promoting diversity in companies. The network is committed to ensuring that social background is no longer a barrier to professional success. Performance, personality, and commitment should be the decisive factors for success in society[1][4].
