The NExT Netzwerk is a non-profit platform dedicated to the digital transformation of public administration in Germany. Based in Berlin, we connect employees in the public service to collaboratively develop and implement innovative solutions and forward-looking projects.

• Networking and Exchange: We provide a platform for interactive exchange between decision-makers and professionals in public administration to share and discuss best practice examples and innovative approaches.
• Events and Workshops: Regular events such as the Smart Country Convention and specific workshops enable participants to inform and exchange ideas about current trends and challenges in administrative digitization.
• Discussion Papers and Guidelines: We develop and publish discussion papers and guidelines that serve as resources for implementing digital transformation. Examples include approaches to improving federal administrative digitization and implementing the EU AI Regulation in Germany.

The main mission of the NExT Netzwerk is to advance the digital transformation of public administration in Germany. Our values are based on:
