• Support Models for Companies: one for the planet offers companies the opportunity to actively participate in environmental protection. Through a monthly donation of 2 euros per employee, the company can directly contribute to sustainable projects. One euro goes 100% to these projects, while the other euro is used for administrative costs and the development of the organization[1].
• Citizen Participation: Employees of supporting companies can decide which sustainable projects should be promoted. This is done through a monthly vote, where participants can cast their votes[1].

• Promotion of Climate and Environmental Protection Projects: In the last three and a half years, one for the planet has enabled over 42 sustainable projects in Germany. These projects include school planting actions, where children plant their own trees and develop environmental awareness[3].
• Democratic Decision-Making Processes: The decision on which projects to promote is made through a democratic vote of all supporters. This ensures broad participation and transparent decision-making[1][3].
