P+M Pflege is a private, regionally oriented nursing service that aims to enable elderly, sick and/or care-dependent people of all age groups to live a self-determined life in their familiar home environment. The focus is on individual care and support, which is oriented towards the needs and wishes of the patients.
The range of services includes both services according to the Pflegeversicherungsgesetz (SGB XI) and services according to medical prescription (SGB V) as well as privately agreed services and "Assisted Living at Home". P+M Pflege offers, among other things, support with personal hygiene, nutrition, mobility, household activities and care.
The mission statement of P+M Pflege is based on values such as reliability, honesty, comprehensive advice and cost transparency. The company attaches great importance to supporting the self-determined life of patients in their home environment and putting people at the center. Together with the patients and their relatives, P+M Pflege plans the care services, taking into account the care charter of the Bundesministerium fĂĽr Familie, Senioren, Frauen und Jugend.
P+M Pflege strives to ensure and continuously improve a high level of quality. This is guaranteed by internal and external quality assurance measures, such as regular team meetings, case discussions, further training measures for employees and the development of a quality manual. The company is a member of the Bundesverband privater Anbieter sozialer Dienste e.V. (bpa) and meets all quality requirements according to § 80 SGB XI.
P+M Pflege cooperates closely with doctors, health and nursing care insurance funds, hospitals and other aid organizations to ensure comprehensive care for patients. These include, for example, Malteser, Johanniter, BRK, hospice associations, medical supply stores, podiatrists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists.
The goal of P+M Pflege is to secure the existence of the nursing service and all employees through economic service provision, to develop a customer-oriented company and to create jobs.
