Politik Akademie der Vielfalt (PAdV)

The main mission of the Politik Akademie der Vielfalt is to promote political participation and empowerment of people with a migration background. The focus is on strengthening diversity in all areas of society and increasing democratic participation. The academy advocates for the establishment of social tolerance and the removal of barriers to political participation[2][3].

• Diversity and Inclusion: The project aims to reflect the diversity of society in the political landscape and promote the participation of marginalized groups. It places great importance on the integration and empowerment of people with migration or refugee experiences[2][3].
• Long-term Political Participation: Through the training and support of participants, long-term and sustainable political participation is to be promoted. This also includes the development and implementation of project ideas aimed at a more diverse and inclusive society[2][3].
• Knowledge Transfer and Networking: The academy not only imparts knowledge but also promotes exchange and networking among participants and with established actors in politics, science, and civil society[2].

The Politik Akademie der Vielfalt is thus a central building block for a more inclusive and diverse political landscape in Germany, strengthening and integrating the potentials and perspectives of people with a migration background into the political process.
