The Rhein-Kreis Neuss Pflegedienst is an outpatient care service dedicated to the comprehensive care and support of people in need of care in their familiar home environment. Our guiding principle is to offer "Help for people in need of care and support for their relatives." We live this every day.

We offer a wide range of services, including basic care, medical treatment, care services, respite care and individual care for the severely disabled. Our goal is to preserve the individuality and dignity of our clients and to enable them to live a self-determined life.

In addition to direct care, we also offer comprehensive advice on all topics related to care, including possible benefits and relieving relatives of bureaucratic burdens. We provide support with the care level assessment and offer advisory visits according to § 37.3 SGB XI.

We attach great importance to the qualification and further training of our employees in order to guarantee a factual and professional execution of all care activities in accordance with the latest state of nursing science knowledge. A cooperative management style and the appreciation of our employees are important to us. We promote the compatibility of family and career.

Through cooperation with various cooperation partners, such as pharmacies, therapy centers, medical supply stores and providers of meals on wheels, we can offer our clients and their relatives comprehensive care and support from a single source. Our advice goes beyond the services of an outpatient care service to ensure optimal care.
