The Sozialdienst katholischer Frauen e.V. Berlin (SkF e.V. Berlin) is a non-profit women's association that, under the motto "Gemeinsam. Hinsehen. Handeln." (Together. Look. Act.), is committed to children, adolescents, women and families in special life situations, as well as to the participation of people with disabilities.

The SkF e.V. Berlin attaches great importance to the promotion of education, work and participation of people with disabilities. The Delphin-Werkstätten offer a wide range of work areas, including electrical assembly, fulfillment services, gardening and landscaping, industrial assembly, cable assembly, warehouse and logistics, food packaging, metalworking, packaging/shipping, powder coating and laundry.
The association is a member of the Initiative Transparente Zivilgesellschaft (Transparent Civil Society Initiative) and values open structures and results. The Delphin-Werkstätten are EMAS-certified, which underscores the commitment to environmental management and sustainability.
With over 350 employees, the SkF e.V. Berlin is committed to a society in which every person has the chance to lead a dignified and self-determined life. The association relies on donations to be able to fulfill its diverse tasks.
