The Sozialdienst katholischer Frauen e.V. Wiesbaden (SkF) is a non-profit organization that has been supporting women, children, adolescents and families in Wiesbaden since 1907. Regardless of origin, religion or nationality, the SkF offers a variety of services to improve the living situation of these groups.
The mission of the SkF is to support women and families in emergency situations and to improve their living situation. The association attaches great importance to cooperation with voluntary helpers and integration into local networks.
The SkF is committed to sustainable and inclusive support for families. Through close cooperation with municipal and church institutions, a comprehensive network is created that enables long-term improvements. In addition, the SkF promotes the healthy development of children and the exchange between parents.
The SkF is also the sole shareholder of Jugendhilfezentrum Johannesstift GmbH, which underlines its long-term commitment to the region. With more than 90 volunteers and 19 full-time employees, the SkF relies on a strong community to achieve its goals.
