The core competencies lie in outpatient advice and support, including general social advice, pregnancy advice, support for single parents, support in cases of domestic violence, early help for families, childcare and a guardianship association (BtG). A particular concern is also the networking of volunteers, who, with over 300 committed volunteers, form an essential part of the work.
