The SPHV Service gemeinnützige GmbH is a social psychiatric provider in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region and a subsidiary of the Sozialpsychiatrischen Hilfsvereins Rhein-Neckar e.V. For over 45 years, the SPHV Service gGmbH has been committed to the participation of people with mental illnesses and mental disabilities in life in society.
The range of services offered by SPHV Service gGmbH is diverse and covers all areas of life. It includes basic social psychiatric care, assistance services in various forms of housing (such as in one's own living space, in the social space or in host families), leisure and work-oriented offers for everyday and daily structuring, as well as services for participation in working life in workshops for mentally disabled people (NFp Nordbadische Fabrikproduktionen). The offers also include clearing, sociotherapy, psychosocial contact and counseling centers, day centers, clubs, accompanied holiday trips and a children's project. A special focus is on inclusive gastronomy, which is practiced in its own restaurants such as the "Alten Schuhfabrik" and "Zum Glück".
