The Staatliche Führungsakademie für Ernährung, Landwirtschaft und Forsten (FüAk) is a central institution in the business area of the Bavarian State Ministry for Nutrition, Agriculture and Forestry. It is headquartered in Landshut and is represented at other locations in Bavaria, including Marktredwitz, Münchberg, Munich, Regen, Bamberg, and Kitzingen[1][2].
The FüAk supports the State Ministry in the further development of the areas of Consulting, Innovation, Nutrition, and Sovereign Enforcement. It places great importance on the training and further education of employees, the promotion of innovations in agriculture and forestry, as well as digital transformation through the introduction of Artificial Intelligence (AI)[3][5].
The FüAk is committed to addressing climate change, particularly in dairy farming, through the establishment of a Community of Practice[3]. Additionally, it promotes sustainable practices in agriculture by supporting innovation projects and developing strategies to reduce environmental impact[5].
