The Staatliche Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst Stuttgart (HMDK Stuttgart) is the largest and oldest university of music and performing arts in Baden-Württemberg with a tradition since 1857. With around 900 students and over 300 teachers, it offers a comprehensive range of 37 degree programs in the fields of music, performing arts, music education and music theory.
