The Stadtbau Ettlingen GmbH is a municipal housing company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of the city of Ettlingen in Baden-Württemberg.[1] The company was founded on October 7, 1971 to carry out urban redevelopment.[1] Throughout its history, Stadtbau Ettlingen has continuously developed: On January 1, 1991, it merged with Ettlinger Kommunale Bau- und Verwaltungs GmbH,[1] and on January 1, 1995, the company took ownership of the municipal housing stock, thereby acquiring its current housing stock.[1]
