The Foundation for Engagement and Education e.V. (StEB) is a non-profit organization that has been committed to political and development education work as well as the promotion of intercultural competencies since its founding in 2009.

• Game Workshops: Suggestions and methods for conveying topics such as hate speech online.
• Dialogue Projects: With refugees and other groups to promote encounters and exchange on equal terms.
• Learning Materials and Handouts: For school and extracurricular educational projects, accessible on external websites[2].

The main mission of the StEB is to create opportunities for active participation, intercultural exchange, and responsible action.
